The MaxSteel commercial metal building features a sturdy frame and panel structures that can be customized to serve a wide variety of commercial uses, including small warehouses, small airplane hangars, retail establishments, small manufacturing operations, agricultural, landscaping material, commercial equipment protection, and much more. We can manufacture steel buildings up to 40′ wide and 101′ long. You may also configure the 101′ in a horizontal configuration for a wide building with less depth.

MaxSteel commercial buildings are available up to 101' in length. You may also configure your building with the long side as the front if you need an ultra-wide building with less depth.
Frameouts result in a finished opening suitable for leaving open or adding your own window or door at a later time.
Please Note: Vertical siding is mandatory on all buildings 30' in width and above.
The gable is the triangularly shaped metal sheet added to the roof to provide structural support to your metal commercial building.
NOTE: All commercial buildings are secured by concrete anchors. As a result, commercial buildings must be installed on a concrete slab or concrete footers.

A building drawing will be provided before finalizing the sale. All prices on our site are approximate and may differ from your official quote. All pricing is also pre-sales tax. Product Description

The MaxSteel prefab steel commercial building is a cost-effective and quick assembly alternative to a frame or jointed masonry construction type. Compared to many types of typical building construction, the steel frame and metal panel structure of our metal buildings make them fire-resistant and able to stand up to a wide variety of weather conditions and age. MaxSteel steel construction commercial buildings are available in widths up to 40' wide and lengths up to 101' long.

Our metal construction commercial buildings feature 29 gauge metal, 14 gauge 2 1/2" tubing, and concrete anchors. Each building comes certified and is designed to withstand up to 130 mph winds and 30 PSF ground snow loads.
